Clinical Office Assistant (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Position Overview

As a Clinical Office Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and field staff. This role blends front-office responsibilities with administrative and coordination support to keep daily operations running smoothly. You will work closely with the Site Director and clinical team to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.

What You Will Do

• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with excellent customer service

• Greet visitors and assist patients and staff with inquiries

• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and professional office environment

• Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and other communications

• Make follow-up phone calls to staff and patients

• Monitor and restock office and clinical supplies

• Assist with planning staff events and office celebrations

• Prepare new hire and patient admission packets

What You Bring

• Spanish-speaking skills are required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to quickly learn healthcare and industry-specific software

• Healthcare experience preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license for occasional errands (mileage reimbursed)
