Position Overview

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our front office runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage daily administrative tasks, support clinical staff, and keep communication flowing seamlessly between patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.

• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system.

• Manage mail, faxes, and other correspondence.

• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.

• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

• Provide support to office staff and management as needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of patient service.

• Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent (medical administration training a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• A positive, professional attitude and compassionate approach to every interaction.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
