We’re looking for a cash poster with direct experience in medical billing—someone who values accuracy and understands the critical role billing plays in timely, quality care delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Review clinical documentation to ensure billing accuracy

• Assign correct ICD-10 and CPT codes based on services provided

• Submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers

• Post cash to patient accounts

• Collaborate with providers and patients to resolve billing issues

• Stay current with payer requirements and regulatory guidelines

• Support pre-authorizations and certifications as needed

• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all billing activities

• Work as a collaborative member of a dedicated billing team

What You Bring

• Proven experience in medical billing

• Cash posting experience is preferred

• General knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding

• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing processes

• Experience with EMRs, billing software, and Microsoft Office

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• High school diploma or GED (billing certification a plus)

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
