Key Responsibilities

Direct Patient Care

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide mobility support through exercises, ambulation, and transfers.

Vital Signs & Documentation

• Record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient data.

Emotional Support

• Offer companionship and emotional care to patients and families.

Environment Management

• Maintain clean, safe, and confidential patient environments.

What You Bring

• Certification: Active CNA certification (home health experience preferred but not required).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Transportation: Reliable with local travel ability.
• Personal Qualities: Compassionate, communicative, and patient-centered.
