Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Care Plans – Design therapy plans tailored to each patient’s recovery needs.
• Provide Patient Education – Equip patients and families with the tools for continued progress.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work with physicians, nurses, and other care providers to ensure coordinated, effective care.
• Track Patient Progress – Maintain accurate documentation of patient outcomes and therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients and team members.
• A patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
• Flexibility and a desire to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
