Pediatric Overnight RN/LPN – 1:1 Shift Care 

Location: Sahuarita, AZ (Not in the Sahuarita area but are in the Tucson area? We have cases there too!)

Full-Time 5pm-1am 5 Days A Week (we have other cases if this # of days and times are not optimal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Vital Monitoring: Conduct hourly assessments of vital signs, physical condition, and mental status.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: Provide necessary medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain up-to-date, detailed records of patient care.
• Effective Communication: Engage with healthcare team, patient, and family to ensure cohesive care.
• Quick Response to Patient Needs: Act swiftly to changes in patient condition and ensure comfort measures.
• Safe Environment: Adhere to healthcare policies, ensuring a clean and safe space for the patient.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona.
• Pediatric Experience: Prior experience in pediatric care is preferred.
• Certifications: Current BLS certification; PALS certification (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Skills: Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and assist in lifting patients as needed.
• Night Shift Availability: Must be available for overnight shifts (typically 7 PM - 7 AM).
