What You’ll Do:

• Personalized Pediatric Care: Provide one-on-one care, monitoring and assessing each child’s health in a home setting.
• Administer Medications & Treatments: Safely administer as prescribed by the physician.
• Family Education & Support: Guide families with empathy, sharing techniques and emotional support.
• Collaborative Team Care: Work with physicians, therapists, and social workers to provide well-rounded, holistic care.
• Document Progress: Keep detailed records to ensure optimal care.

What You Bring:

• RN License: Must be an active RN licensed in Arizona.
• Pediatric Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an RN, preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effectively connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently with excellent time management.
• Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable transport.
