What You’ll Do:

• Provide One-on-One Pediatric Care: Assess, monitor, and manage the health of patients in a home setting.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Family Support & Education: Offer guidance to families, empowering them with information and emotional support.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records to ensure the best patient outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Current RN/LPN License: Must be licensed in Arizona.
• Nursing Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a nurse, preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Independent Worker: Able to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are a must.
