What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Help clients with mobility and safe transfers

• Provide assistance with daily routines while encouraging independence

• Observe and report changes in client conditions

• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous caregiving or Direct Care Worker experience preferred

• DCW certification preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

• Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to follow individualized care plans

• Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and quality care
