Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Home Health team serving patients throughout Green Valley, Sahuarita, and surrounding areas.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships with patients and families, and providing high-quality skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes.

What You'll Do

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homes

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments

• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care

• Monitor patient progress and identify changes in condition

• Communicate changes and concerns with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions as ordered

• Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals

• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding medications, disease management, safety, and home care

• Help patients and families understand and achieve established care goals

• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

• Help patients maintain their health, safety, independence, and quality of life at home

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing

• Home Health nursing experience preferred

• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

• Comfortable traveling throughout the Green Valley and Sahuarita service area
