Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout the Greater Tucson area.

This part-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or additional patient visits while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients in their own homes.

What You'll Do

• Complete speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations in patients' homes

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

• Provide skilled speech therapy services according to the established plan of care

• Treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders within the SLP scope of practice

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Help patients improve communication, safety, independence, and overall quality of life

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Home Health experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Excellent organization and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Comfortable traveling to patient homes throughout the Greater Tucson area
