Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout East Tucson and surrounding areas.

This part-time opportunity is perfect for a CNA looking for a flexible schedule while providing meaningful, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as directed by the plan of care

• Provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients

• Observe patients and report changes in condition or concerns to the appropriate clinical team member

• Follow individualized plans of care and established safety procedures

• Complete accurate and timely visit documentation

• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and members of the care team

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona CNA certification

• Previous home health, home care, hospice, or caregiving experience preferred

• Must have at least one year CNA experience

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

• Dependable with strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently in patients' homes

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

• Comfortable traveling throughout the East Tucson service area
